Usage Instructions

Boil water and pour into a heat-safe bowl.
Submerge the device in hot water using tongs or utensils.
Remove and place in cold water for 3 seconds.
Insert into mouth with the upper portion on upper teeth.
Bite down firmly for 20 seconds, pressing fingers around mouth and creating suction with tongue to form a vacuum.
Remove and check for proper mold. If not tight enough, repeat steps 2–5.
Once satisfied, submerge in cold water for 15 seconds to set the mold.

Important: Cooling step prevents burns while ensuring the mouthpiece retains its custom shape.
