Returns and Refunds
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, request a refund and return it within 30 days of delivery.

2. We issue you a free return label within 5 working days of your refund request.
3. You return the item by post and send us the postal receipt.
4. We receive the item in original packaging and resalable condition.
5. We issue your refind, which can take up to 5 working days to transfer.
Late Delivery
If your order is late please contact us to discuss compensation. We typically refund 10% for a day late and 50% for a week or more late delivery.
Delivery problems
