Q: The product doesn’t vibrate after turning it on.
A: The device uses ultrasonic technology. It won’t visibly vibrate until the cleaning head is installed and tightened with the wrench. When the tip touches hard surfaces (like teeth), you’ll hear a sound indicating vibration.

Q: The product won’t turn on or charge.
A: Please unplug the charging cable and long-press the power button for 3 seconds. If issues persist, contact customer support for a replacement.

Q: I don’t see results after use.
A: The ultrasonic frequency is safe and effective. Charge for 2 hours before use. Plaque may mix with saliva and be less visible. Brush your teeth after use for best results. Continued use ensures cleaner teeth.

Returns and Refunds
