Returns and Refunds
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, request a refund via our chat widget and return it within 30 days of delivery.The process works as follows:1. You request a refund, with a provided reason (and video if faulty), within 30 days of delivery.
2. We issue you a free return label within 5 working days of your refund request.
3. You return the item by post and send us the postal receipt.
4. We receive the item in original packaging and resalable condition.
5. We issue your refind, which can take up to 5 working days to transfer.We accept returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products as long as they are new and in resalable condition. All returns must be sent by mail with a return label provided to the customer at no cost. A refund may take up to 5 business days to process.
Seller's Warranty
All products sold by us come with a 12-month seller's warranty from date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.If your item develops a fault within 12 months, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or video to help diagnose the problem.This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage (unless stated as waterproof), normal wear and tear, or consumable parts.This warranty is provided by us and is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
