If you're not completely happy with your purchase, request a refund via our chat widget and return it within 30 days of delivery.The process works as follows:1. You return the item by post and send us the postal receipt. 4. We receive the item in original packaging and resalable condition. 5. We issue your refind, which can take up to 5 working days to transfer.We accept returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products as long as they are new and in resalable condition. All returns must be sent by mail with a return label provided to the customer at no cost. A refund may take up to 5 business days to process.
