Returns and Refunds
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, request a refund and return it within 30 days of delivery.
The process works as follows:
1.You request a refund, with a provided reason (and video if faulty), within 30 days of delivery.
2. We issue you a free return label within 5 working days of your refund request.
3. You return the item by post and send us the postal receipt.
4. We receive the item in original packaging and resalable condition.
5. We issue your refind, which can take up to 5 working days to transfer.
Late Delivery
If your order is late please contact us to discuss compensation. We typically refund 10% for a day late and 50% for a week or more late delivery.
Delivery problems
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address or the courier having other issues such as finding your address, we ask you to allow 3 working days for redelivery.
If no successful redelivery is made within 3 working days of the initial delivery attempt, please contact us via our chat widget.
