Shipping Times

All delivery times shown below are estimates and are provided in working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.

Some products may have product-specific shipping times, which will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas (including rural locations and small islands) may take longer than the estimates shown.

Generally orders require a 0 – 2 day handling time and are fulfilled Mon – Fri. Transit time is generally 7 – 8 working days shipped Mon – Fri. Our standard delivery time to all destinations in 7 – 10 business days. All products have free international shipping.

If your location isn’t listed here, contact us and we’ll check if we can send your order to you and how long it will take.

Late Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Where a delivery is confirmed to be late:

  • Minor delays may qualify for partial compensation
  • Significant delays may qualify for a higher partial refund

Any compensation is assessed on a case-by-case basis and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery problems

If delivery fails due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, or
  • Courier access issues (for example, difficulty locating the address)

We ask that you allow up to 3 working days for a redelivery attempt.

If delivery has not been successfully completed within 3 working days of the initial attempt, please contact us via our Contact page or live chat, and we will assist you.

Returns and Refunds

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, request a refund and return it within 30 days of delivery.

The process works as follows:

1.You request a refund, with a provided reason (and video if faulty), within 30 days of delivery.
2. We issue you a free return label within 5 working days of your refund request.
3. You return the item by post and send us the postal receipt.
4. We receive the item in original packaging and resalable condition.
5. We issue your refind, which can take up to 5 working days to transfer.

We accept returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products as long as they are new and in resalable condition. All returns must be sent by mail with a return label provided to the customer at no cost. A refund may take up to 5 business days to process.

Seller’s Warranty

All products sold by us come with a 12-month seller’s warranty from date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

If your item develops a fault within 12 months, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos or video to help diagnose the problem.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage (unless stated as waterproof), normal wear and tear, or consumable parts.

This warranty is provided by us and is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
